Dacheng Foods (Asia) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, “Dacheng” or “we”) is an enterprise group operating in the People's Republic of China (“China”). The Company's shares have been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“Stock Exchange”) since 2007. The Company (collectively known as the “Group” with its subsidiaries and joint ventures) is a leading provider of fully integrated animal protein products, covering advanced animal nutrition formulations and processed foods for feed, livestock, and animal nutrition. Using a highly vertically integrated business model, the Group integrates feed production, chicken incubation and slaughter, chicken processing and processed food production into a unified business platform. It has invested in 13 provinces and cities including Liaoning, Tianjin, and Anhui, and has nearly 30 factories. Most of its animal feed is sold under the “Dr. Cook”, “Green Knight” and “SOS” brands, while chicken and processed foods are mostly sold under the “Sister Kitchen” brand. The Group is a well-known chicken processing supplier in China. It is one of the designated chicken suppliers of fast food chains such as Dexter and Wallace, and is an exporter of high-quality chicken products in China designated by Japan's Ito Yokado and 7-Eleven convenience stores. The products are exported to Japan, Singapore and other countries and Hong Kong, China. The market share is increasing year by year, creating huge social and economic benefits. In 2009, the Group officially launched a “transparent source” food project. It has a food safety management system with full traceability from farm to table, enabling consumers to track product information such as farmers' names, chicken farm addresses, feed fed, and processing plant names.
