KANGDA ENV (06136.HK) announced that starting from January 1 of next year, Zhao Junxian will resign as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors and will be reappointed as a non-executive director. Kangda env (06136.HK) announced that on November 18th, it signed an asset transfer agreement with Wuhan Steel Market State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to sell Wuhan Steel City Zhu Lan Sewage Treatment Plant in Henan Province, along with the franchise operation right and corresponding facilities of the sewage treatment plant, for a consideration of 57 million RMB. After deducting the direct expenses related to the asset transfer, the net proceeds from the asset transfer are approximately 56.9 million RMB, which will be used as general operating funds for the group.
