Jinmaoyuan Environmental Protection Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) is currently a developer and operator of a large-scale electroplating industrial park in China. Since its development in 2005, its Huizhou Park in Guangdong has focused on electroplating wastewater treatment, and has always been committed to systematically controlling electroplating pollution, managing and serving electroplating enterprises, and innovating and developing environmental protection in the electroplating industry. Business scale and development momentum, first in the industry The Group has three large-scale electroplating parks in China, located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in South China, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of the North China economy, and the core area of the Middle Yangtze River Economic Belt. Huizhou Longxi Environmental Electroplating Industrial Park and Tianjin Bingang Electroplating Industrial Base began operation in 2007 and 2016 respectively. The Huazhong Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park is currently in the early stages of construction. The three parks cover a total area of 1.6 million square meters, and have now obtained 1.28 million square meters of land use rights. The total wastewater treatment capacity is 57,000 tons/day, and the reuse rate is over 50%. Currently, 16,000 tons/day wastewater treatment facilities have been built. The completed plant covers an area of about 0.61 million square meters, has an occupancy rate of 84%, and nearly 160 electroplating production companies have entered the park. Focus on technology research and development, deep integration of industry, education and research Wastewater treatment uses physico-chemical treatment, biochemical treatment, ion exchange, filtration, and deep oxidation electroplating wastewater treatment technology. Electroplating wastewater generated by enterprises is classified, collected, and treated centrally. Indicators such as wastewater reuse and wastewater discharge meet the relevant environmental protection standards of the Chinese government. Huizhou Jinmaoyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in Huizhou Park successfully applied for certification as a national “high-tech enterprise” in China in November 2018. Establish long-term technical cooperation and exchange relationships with research institutes and cooperating units, transform and promote electroplating equipment and technological achievements in research and development of raw materials, wastewater treatment processes, wastewater treatment chemicals, etc., to provide inexhaustible impetus for the healthy development of enterprises. Patents and honors obtained Since 2016, the Huizhou and Tianjin parks have applied for 51 intellectual property rights, obtained 33 approvals, and are currently applying for 18. Of these, the State Intellectual Property Office of China has approved 30 utility model patents, and the China National Copyright Administration has approved the authorization of 3 software copyrights. Since 2014, Huizhou and Tianjin parks have successively received awards such as the Industrial Park Management Innovation Award, the Social Responsibility Contribution Award, the China Surface Engineering Industry Science and Technology Award, the Tianjin Science and Technology Enterprise Award, and honorary titles such as China Electroplating Demonstration Park and Intensive Demonstration Park. The 4th and 5th China Electroplating Park Construction and Operation Symposiums were successfully hosted in Huizhou Park and Tianjin Park in 2016 and 2018, respectively. Contributing to environmental protection and economic green development The Group implements intensive and intelligent management of local parks, continues to meet increasingly strict environmental protection standards, and actively promotes energy saving, emission reduction, and circular economy based on the belief of achieving harmonious coexistence between man and nature and sustainable economic development, making significant contributions to local environmental protection and economic green development.
