Sino-Entertainment Technology's Indirect Subsidiary Buys Stake in Time Entertainment
Sino-entertain (06933.HK) reduced its subsidiary Suntime Entertainment International's stake to 51% and introduced Singaporean investors.
Sino-entertain (06933.HK) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries SEHKIHL, Times Entertainment International, and TIMCL have entered into a subscription agreement to establish a joint venture. The terms of the agreement state that SEHKIHL agrees to subscribe 2 shares of new ordinary shares of Times Entertainment International (calculated together with the existing 100 shares issued to SEHKIHL, accounting for 51% of the expanded issued share capital after the subscription), with a subscription price of 1 yuan per share; TIMCL agrees to subscribe 98 shares of new ordinary shares of Times Entertainment International (accounting for 49% of the expanded issued share capital of Times Entertainment International after the subscription.
