We are mainly engaged in providing ELV solutions to customers in Hong Kong, including installation and maintenance of various systems. We provide a wide range of ELV solutions, including: (i) central control and monitoring systems such as security systems, parking lot systems, and clubhouse management systems; and (ii) telecommunications and broadcasting service systems such as public antenna systems and satellite TV shared antenna systems. We have obtained qualifications and licenses from various organizations. We have obtained licences from the Office of the Communications Authority (previously known as the Telecommunications Authority), the Security Bureau-Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority and the Buildings Department to carry out various types of works. We are on the list of approved contractors or suppliers for various projects or products from the Sewage Treatment Department of the Drainage Services Department, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the Government Logistics Department and the Development Council. During the track record period, our clients comprised clients from the private sector and the public sector. The private sector's clients are mainly Hong Kong property developers and property management companies. Customers in the public sector are mainly government departments such as the Drainage Services Department, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
