Yu Tak International Holdings Limited (08048) clarifies: HR21 is still a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group and has not authorized any transaction relating to the actual rights and interests of HR21.
Yutak International Holdings (08048) has issued a statement clarifying that the board of directors of the company holds a 100% stake in the subsidiary HR21 Limited (HR21), which is registered and established in Hong Kong and engaged in computer software development and maintenance services. The current holding structure of HR21 by the group is the same as that based on the audited financial statements of the group as at December 31, 2023. The board of directors learned that a certain party in Hong Kong has claimed to have obtained the controlling rights of HR21 from the group and has become the actual owner of HR21.
