The Group operates tutoring services in Hong Kong. The tutoring services are mainly provided to middle school students and elementary school students to assist students in their regular day school classes. The Group has a long history. The first study center was established in 1999, and since then we have been operating under the “Logic Tutorial Centre” (Logic Tutorial Centre) brand. According to the independent industry report prepared by Ipsos Limited, as of October 2016, we ranked third among tutoring service providers for primary and secondary schools in western New Territories in terms of the number of study centres. This is proof that our business covers a broad area of the Western New Territories, and it can also be seen that we have established impressive brand recognition and recognition in the region.
