We are mainly engaged in chipboard manufacturing and sales business. Particleboard is made of raw materials such as small-diameter wood, branches, and agricultural and forestry leftovers, so it is generally considered an environmentally friendly and energy-saving recycled wood-based board. Our customers are mainly home or office furniture manufacturers, sports equipment manufacturers, and wood-based panel processors and traders from the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and Fujian Province. Our old production line has a total annual production capacity of approximately 140,000 cubic meters of chipboard. Our new production line was completed and began testing in September 2013, and full production began in December 2013, with an approved annual production capacity of approximately 220,000 cubic meters of chipboard. According to the Shenzhen China Business Report, as of June 30, 2013, only 11 chipboard manufacturers in China (including us) have installed or are installing press systems from the German company Diefenbach; in China, Guangdong Province, and Fujian, only 14, 4 and 2 chipboard production lines with an annual production capacity of 200,000 cubic meters or more have installed or are installing imported equipment from overseas. Our key revenue drivers include (i) product competitiveness and extensive chipboard product range, (ii) our customer relationships and market recognition, and (iii) advanced production lines with large-scale production capacity.
