Since Huitao Jiyu's first sales magazine “Famous Station” and the first free magazine “Famous Railway Station Living Station Free Edition” were published in April 2009, Huitao Jiyu has now owned six magazines, and has multiple sales points covering various locations in Hong Kong and more than 1,000 distribution points, including gas stations, foot bath shops, hair salons, coffee shops, etc. Furthermore, the Group has established a broad customer base of over 100 customers, covering a wide range of industries, including automobile sales agents, beauty brand owners, real estate agents, jewelry, specialty companies, pet stores, etc. In just a few years, the Huitao Collection has grown to the scale it is today. This is all the result of the tireless efforts of the management and staff of this collection. In 2014, thanks to the addition of new gift points from new business partners, the operating performance of this collection increased steadily. At the same time, the free magazine “Car Finder Line/Shopping Line Free Edition” published in mid-2013 successfully attracted different readership groups, which is also one of the factors driving the number of customers and circulation of this collection. In August 2015, the Group established Hi-Media Co., Ltd. (“Hi-Media”), a wholly-owned subsidiary. High Media is a professional outdoor media advertising company. The media involved include taxi body advertisements, minibus body advertisements, ice cream truck advertisements, roof/exterior wall advertisements, outdoor light box advertisements, LED screen advertisements, etc., with comprehensive business projects and a wide range of coverage. Its business scope includes the development/investment, management, operation, promotion and sale of outdoor advertising, maintenance, after-sales service and outdoor advertising agency services. Outdoor media is a monopoly of multi-dimensional space. It is highly inclusive and malleable, and is favored by more and more advertisers. Outdoor advertising is an emotional medium that can quickly communicate with the audience. It has significant advantages such as high coverage, strong visual impact, variety of expressions, and long publication time. Its expression is direct and simple, and can effectively convey information and expand influence. The Group believes that Hi-Media can enrich the Group's business projects, attract more advertising business opportunities, further expand the Group's business scope, and better grasp business opportunities in the media industry. In September 2015, the Group completed the acquisition of 20% equity interest in Strategy King Media Holdings Limited (“Strategy King”). Strategy King's main business is publishing in Hong Kong and mainly selling a Chinese-language financial and investment weekly - Hong Kong Stock Strategy King online through convenience stores and newsstands. The magazine covers topics such as finance, wealth management, property investment, lifestyle, etc. Hong Kong Stock Strategy King Publishing Co., Ltd. is also engaged in online advertising, investor relations services and event management. Consideration has been given to enabling the Group to further seize advertising business opportunities through cross-selling advertising positions in more magazines.
