We are a restaurant group headquartered in Hong Kong. We operate full-service restaurants, serving a variety of cuisines to various customer groups under a range of brands. Since our first restaurant, TUW, opened in December 2007, we have expanded our multi-brand business. As of the last practical date, we owned and operated a total of 11 full-service restaurants serving Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese and Western cuisines under six major brands (including Pinetsu Vietnamese Cuisine, Inanari Aden Jingchuan Cuisine, Inanari Kodan, Urawa Japanese Cuisine, and Gyuki, and a licensed brand, FIAT Caffé). Most of the restaurants are ideally located in or on the street side of first-line and/or high-end shopping malls in the prime areas and central business districts of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Following the success of TUW, the Group successively established TUS and TUT in 2008 and 2009. In the first quarter of 2010, the Group opened its first Pinyue Restaurant TLC in Central. From 2012 to 2015, we opened three more Pinyue restaurants in Mongkok, Admiralty and Kornhill Plaza, namely TLM, TLA and TLK. In 2012, we opened TDC in Yuen Fong, West Kowloon, and then opened TDB in Tuen Mun in 2016, expanding our range of cuisine to Chinese cuisine. In 2013, we acquired the catering rights to operate TFC. The restaurant served Western-style light meals, which was located in Causeway Bay at the time, and then moved to Tsim Sha Tsui in 2014. We also expanded Japanese cuisine to Japanese hot pot (shabu-shabu) under the beef brand in 2015, and the two beef restaurants (i.e. TNM and TNT) have excellent locations. Currently, they are located in shopping malls in Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui, close to many other shopping malls and leisure places. We are committed to providing high-quality food and thoughtful service to different customer groups at reasonable prices to create a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, thereby enhancing our core value - “Food Quality and Customer Satisfaction”. We believe our multi-brand strategy helps us capture a diverse customer base with different tastes and benefit from a broad revenue stream. As the market is changing and customer tastes are often constantly changing, we are committed to maintaining a diverse brand portfolio to keep our customers competitive. Since our establishment in 2007, we have expanded our coverage network in Hong Kong by opening different types of restaurants based on a multi-brand business model. Furthermore, we are planning to open two Western-style light food restaurants in Tseung Kwan O and Kowloon under the new brand “SayCheese” in the fourth quarter of 2017. We have also entered into leases for two beef restaurants tentatively scheduled to open in 2017 and the fourth quarter of 2018, respectively, in order to seize other revenue streams through our strength in brand building and restaurant management and the market reputation we have built over the years.
