Gelonghui, April 16, 丨 Odima Auto (08418.HK) announced, effective April 16, 2024: (i) Zhang Lizhong has been reappointed as an executive director and no longer serves as the chairman of the Nomination Committee, Audit Committee member and Remuneration Committee member; and (ii) Dai Xiaoyan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, nomination chairman, member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
