On September 13th, Noble Engineering Group (08445.HK) announced that Zhonghui Ande Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor. The Board of Directors has decided that, following Zhonghui Ande's resignation, Beijing Xinghua Dingfeng Certified Public Accountants ("Beijing Xinghua") will be appointed as the company's new auditor based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
