We are a Singaporean HR service provider, mainly providing HR outsourcing services and HR recruitment services. In the case of human resources outsourcing services, we find and hire legal candidates who match the job descriptions specified by our clients, and then loan them to clients. For human resources recruitment services, we identify, select, evaluate and find qualified candidates for clients to usually hire for positions at all levels (including administrative, executive, management and professional levels) to meet their business needs. We have been operating in the Singapore HR market for about 11 years. With our experience in the Singaporean industry, we began providing human resources services in Hong Kong in 2009, focusing mainly on recruitment services. During the track record period, the majority of our revenue came from operating our business in Singapore. With an outstanding track record, we have developed a strong customer base in both the public and private sectors. Our public sector clients include Singaporean government agencies and non-profit organizations (such as departments and statutory boards governing social workforce, environment and community development). We also serve private sector clients, including multinational enterprises in various industries in Singapore and Hong Kong, such as information and communications technology, retail and catering, healthcare, and banking, insurance and financial services. For the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2015, and for the eight months ended August 31, 2016, we had approximately 476, 381 and 241 customers respectively.
