We are a Singaporean HR service provider, mainly providing HR outsourcing services and HR recruitment services. In the case of human resources outsourcing services, we identify and hire legitimate individuals who match the job descriptions specified by our clients and then second them to our clients. As far as human resources recruitment services are concerned, we identify, select, evaluate and find qualified candidates for positions commonly employed by clients at all levels (including executive, executive, management and professional levels) to meet the customer's business needs. We have been operating in the Singapore HR market for around 11 years. Drawing on our industry experience in Singapore, we began providing HR services in Hong Kong in 2009, mainly focusing on recruitment services. During our track record period, the vast majority of our revenue came from operating our business in Singapore. With an outstanding track record, we have developed a strong customer base in the public and private sectors. Our public sector clients include Singapore government agencies and non-profit organizations (such as departments and statutory boards governing social workforce, environment and community development). We also serve private sector clients, including multinational enterprises in various industries in Singapore and Hong Kong, such as the ICT industry, retail and catering industry, health care industry, and banking, insurance and financial services industries. We had approximately 476, 381 and 241 customers for the years ended December 31, 2015, and for the eight months ended August 31, 2016, respectively.
