We are one of the top wine sellers in Hong Kong. Our business mainly involves the wholesale and retail of a range of wine products and other alcoholic beverages in Hong Kong, and focuses on top quality red wines. According to the Ipsos report, in terms of revenue in 2015, we ranked fourth among all wine sellers in Hong Kong, accounting for about 7.0% of the total market share of the Hong Kong wine industry. We have a broad product portfolio, including (i) wine products such as premium red wine, selected red and white wines; (ii) other alcoholic beverages such as champagne, whiskey, and sake; and (iii) wine accessory products (such as decanters, glasses, and bottle openers) for customers to select. We are particularly proud of our diverse supply of wine products, including those that have long been famous and highly sought after in Hong Kong. As of October 31, 2016, our wine portfolio covered approximately 62 winemaking years, with products from more than 10 countries (including Australia, Chile, France, Italy and the United States). Among our wine products, Top Reserve Red Wines are the largest variety of products we sell. Our top red wines include a selection of wines from Bordeaux's first class estates, namely Ch a teau Lafite Rothschild (Ch a teau Margaux), and Ch a Teaumouton Rothschild (Ch a TeaumOuton Rothschild), as well as several fine wines from Burgundy Grand Cru, namely Domaine La Romanée Conti, Domaine Henri Layer and Domaine Leroy. For the year ended March 31, 2016 and the seven months ended October 31, 2016, and the seven months ended October 31, 2016, sales volume of premium red wines accounted for approximately 76.9%, 80.3% and 76.3% of our total revenue, respectively. To complement our wine product portfolio, we also provide customers with a number of wine-related services, including wine consultancy services, wine procurement services, wine delivery services and wine storage services. Through years of business in the wine industry, we have established strong relationships with a wide range of wine suppliers, including famous wine merchants in Hong Kong and famous distributors from major wine regions around the world, and also based on (including) wine merchants, wine collectors and high-net-worth individuals in Hong Kong. We classify (i) sales to wine merchants and other customers whose business involves reselling our products as wholesale and (ii) sales to companies and individual customers who purchase our products for their own use or collection as retail. For the year ended March 31, 2015 and 2016, and for the seven months ended October 31, 2016, we generated revenue of approximately HK$157.5 million, HK$181.3 million and HK$99.4 million respectively, while self-retail sales generated approximately HK$47.5 million, HK$63.3 million and HK$65.2 million respectively. Our professional sales team consists of seven wine consultants, who have an average of four years of experience in the Hong Kong wine industry. One of the wine consultants holds WSET Level 3 (Advanced Certificate for Wines and Spirits), while the remaining six wine consultants hold WSET Level 2 (Intermediate Wine and Spirits Certificates). To deepen ties with our customers and strengthen customer loyalty, we host wine pairing dinners and wine tasting events with top wineries or vineyards and wineries from time to time. We also participate in many wine exhibitions and fairs, such as the Hong Kong International Wine Fair, the Hong Kong Wine Fair and the Hong Kong Wine Festival to obtain the latest market information, promote our brand image and popularity, and explore new business opportunities. As of the last practical date, we operated (i) a self-operated warehouse in Hong Kong to store all of our wine products and other alcoholic beverages; (ii) a retail store as the main channel to attract new customers and a marketing tool to increase our market visibility; and (iii) an office property with an exhibition room as our headquarters to conduct wholesale and retail sales, oversee our overall business operations, handle all our administrative matters and present our products to customers. For the year ended March 31, 2015 and 2016, and for the seven months ended October 31, 2016, our total earnings were HK$205 million, HK$244.6 million and HK$164.7 million respectively, while our gross profit was HK$27.4 million, HK$33.2 million and HK$20.4 million respectively.
