The Group is a subcontractor providing exterior and façade engineering solutions in Hong Kong. Our solutions are tailored to meet the technical specifications and performance requirements of our customers. We usually provide design and construction services in our projects, namely developing designs, carrying out structural calculations, drawing up construction drawings, searching for and procuring building materials, arranging logistics and installation works for building materials, and project management and post-completion services. Our projects are mainly used in commercial buildings and residential buildings. Since our establishment in 2006, we have completed related works for more than 20 projects, covering commercial and residential buildings. We are also undertaking related projects for a major residential complex project, namely Tianhuan in the Kai Tak district. The Group's customers generally include property developers and general contractors such as Zhengli Engineering Co., Ltd. During our track record period, all of our projects were acquired from private sector clients. During our track record period, our revenue came mainly from our projects in Hong Kong. For the two years ended March 31, 2017, our total revenue was approximately HK$172.0 million and HK$109.6 million respectively. Our gross profit was approximately HK$25.0 million and HK$19.6 million respectively, and our gross margins were approximately 14.5% and 17.9% respectively.
