The Company was incorporated as an exempted limited company in the Cayman Islands on August 27, 2018, and the Company's shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange on the date of listing. We operate a digitally driven service platform for the Chinese out-of-hospital pharmaceutical industry. We develop technology-backed solutions that link and empower upstream (including pharmaceutical companies and distributors) and downstream (including pharmacies and primary care institutions) of the pharmaceutical value chain through an ecosystem. Primary care institutions refer to downstream pharmaceutical retailers other than hospitals or pharmacies, including but not limited to private clinics, township hospitals, village health rooms, and community health service centers) participants. We achieve this through two major businesses: (a) our platform business, which is dedicated to communicating and trading between registered sellers and buyers; and (b) our own business, where we carefully select high-quality products and sell them to downstream pharmacies and primary care institutions through our proprietary fulfillment system. Furthermore, as part of our ecosystem, we operate additional services and supporting services, including spectral cloud testing, small microwarehouses, SaaS solutions, and pharmacist training to improve the operational efficiency of our upstream and downstream customers and partners, expand the pharmacy and primary care market insights and expertise, and enhance their service capabilities and quality.
