We are a well-known mechanical and electrical (“electromechanical”) contractor with a reputation in Macau and Hong Kong, focusing on providing electricity-related mechanical and electrical engineering. Quanda Systems Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Quanda Systems (Macau)”) was established in 2006. After the Group was restructured in 2015, Quanda Systems (Macau) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aoda Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”). The Group continues to undertake projects within the scope of electromechanical engineering in the Hong Kong sector through its wholly-owned subsidiary SEM Resources Limited (“SEMResources”) to continue diversifying market risk and uncertain strategies. Our business scope of mechanical and electrical engineering mainly includes the supply, installation and maintenance of electrical systems for new and existing buildings in commercial and residential development, hotel development, casino development, hotel renovation and stadium projects in Macau and Hong Kong.
