Showa Sangyo Co., Ltd. <2004> announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April-September 24th year). Revenue decreased by 4.0% year-on-year to 168.582 billion yen, operating profit decreased by 6.6% to 6.867 billion yen, ordinary profit decreased by 3.5% to 8.262 billion yen, and interim net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders increased by 32.4% to 7.586 billion yen. The revenue of the food business decreased by 3.4% year-on-year to 138.693 billion yen, and the operating profit decreased by 10.3% to 6.563 billion yen.
