Aoba-BBT <2464> announced on the 20th that its subsidiary Aoba International Educational Systems (AIES) will merge with its subsidiary Musashi International Education (MIST) in a merger format where AIES will be the surviving company and MIST will be dissolved, scheduled for March 1, 2025.
