Ichigo --- Transferred two hotel properties to Ichigo Hotel REIT Investment Corporation.
Ichigo <2337> announced on the 14th that it will transfer two hotels located in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, to the Ichigo Hotel REIT Investment Corporation <3463> (hereafter referred to as "Ichigo Hotel"), for which the company acts as a sponsor. The decision to transfer the two hotels was made to support the growth of Ichigo Hotel, aligning with its growth strategy. Both hotels are also located in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, and are expected to cater not only to business demand but also to leisure demand, including inbound tourism.
