After the market closed on the 28th, Sumitomo Forestry <1911.T> announced that it would carry out a tender offer (Buy) for the shares. Sumitomo Forestry will conduct the tender offer for LeTech in two phases. After the first phase at 686 yen per share with the largest shareholder, the second phase will be at 1,500 yen per share. Compared to the closing price of 1,328 yen on the 28th, this represents a 13.0% premium.
