About China World Trade Center Company

The company started in 1984. On November 17, 1984, the contract and regulations for the joint venture construction and operation of the International Trade Center were signed at the Great Hall of the People. In February 1985, China International Trade Center Co., Ltd. was formally established with the approval of the State Council. On August 30, 1990, Guomao Phase I, with a total investment of 0.52 billion US dollars and a construction scale of 0.42 million square meters, was fully opened. The International Trade Center has gathered many internationally renowned multinational companies, trading companies and international retail stores, and has hosted many major international and domestic conferences and large-scale business events. It has hosted many heads of state, heads of government, heads of important international organizations, and well-known people from the domestic and foreign business community and society.
