On December 10, Gelonghui reported that Shanghai Aerospace Automobile Electromechanical (600151.SH) announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary China Aerospace (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hong Kong Holdings") on February 23, 2011, with an initial registered capital of 9.6 million US dollars, serving as an overseas holding shell company. As of September 30, 2024, Hong Kong Holdings had a registered capital of 401.931401 million US dollars and liquid funds of 58.3357 million US dollars (based on September 30, 2024, with 1 Euro = 1.117 US dollars and 1 US dollar = 7.007 Chinese yuan, same below). This aims to improve capital utilization efficiency.

(referred to as "Ease Korea Changshu") in November 2017, engaging in heat exchange business within China. So far, Ease Korea Changshu has been maintaining a state of no actual business operation. The board of directors of the company agreed to liquidate and cancel Ease Korea Changshu, a controlling subsidiary of the company. Ease Korea Changshu is not directly engaged in operation and there are no accounts receivable to be cleared or employee placement issues. The company does not exist to serve Ease.
