On December 20th, according to the announcement from SICHUAN EXPRESS (00107.HK), Sichuan Chengyu Expressway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") recently received the "Notice of Acceptance of Registration" issued by the Bank Of China Interbank Market Dealers Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Dealers Association") (Zhongshi Xie Zhu [2024] MTN1275). According to this notice, the Dealers Association has decided to accept the company's medium-term notes registration, with a registered amount of 3 billion yuan, and the registration limit is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance of the "Notice of Acceptance of Registration", with Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China acting as the lead underwriter.

On December 17, GELONGHUI announced that SICHUAN EXPRESS (00107.HK) has nominated Secretary Yao Jiancheng as a candidate for the executive director of the company's eighth Board of Directors. This nomination is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting before it can take effect.
The West Extension of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, "Huangmaohai Cross-Sea Channel," will open for traffic tomorrow afternoon, reducing the driving time from Zhuhai to Jiangmen by half.
