About Sichuan Expressway Company

The company was founded in 1997. It is the only A+H large-scale transportation infrastructure enterprise in western China that is also listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is also the only highway investment, construction, operation and listing platform under the Shudao Group. Shudao Group holds 35.86% of the company's shares and is the largest shareholder; China Merchants Highway holds 24.88% of the company's shares, making it the second largest shareholder; the remaining 39.26% of the tradable shares are held by domestic and foreign institutional investors and individual investors. The Group's main business is investing in, constructing, operating and managing highways and expanding traditional core businesses along the route, while cultivating and developing a green energy industry centered on “charging, battery banking+electricity exchange, and hydrogen energy.” Invest, build, operate and manage highways and expand the derivative economy and green energy industries along the route.
