(603109.SH) announced that, due to the company's business development needs, its wholly-owned subsidiaries Chongqing Senci Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Shenkai Electromechanical Co., Ltd. respectively intend to transfer their holdings of 99% and 1% equity of Aishi Fute Co., Ltd. for a price of 23.9623 million yuan and 0.242 million yuan to Chongqing Ruihai Metal Materials Co., Ltd. The transaction is based on the assessed value of the target company on the evaluation benchmark date (December 31, 2023). Aishi Fute Co., Ltd. was assessed on the same date.

On July 10th, Gelonhui announced that Senci Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (603109.SH) currently has two wholly-owned subsidiaries in Vietnam: Vietnam Anlai Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. and Senci Vietnam Co., Ltd., which are engaged in the production, manufacturing, and sales of component products and terminal products. All the houses used for production and operation by these two companies are leased by the company. In order to further strengthen its Vietnamese production base, the company plans to purchase land locally and build production and operation houses for its Vietnamese production base to improve and expand it. The investment amount is no more than 30 million US dollars, and the funds come from self-raised funds.
