Duzhe publishing&media (603999.SH): plans to withdraw from the Huizhou Reader Cultural Park project.

On December 4, Gelonghui reported that duzhe publishing&media (603999.SH) announced that the company has decided to withdraw from the Huizhou Cultural Park project (hereinafter referred to as "the project" or "the Huizhou project"), terminating the naming rights for the project. It will also publicly list for transfer the 10% equity held by duzhe publishing&media and its subsidiary, duzhe gansu digital technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "duzhe digital") in Huizhou Reader Cultural Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou Reader"). After negotiation and consensus with the partners, a supplemental agreement is expected to be signed, stipulating that after the company's withdrawal, the brand licensing fee of 14.4 million yuan already obtained will be handled by the relevant parties.
