The company was founded in June 2001. Formerly known as China Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing Nonferrous Metals Research Institute), it began research on silicon materials in the 50s of the last century. After more than half a century, it has accumulated rich experience in silicon material research and development core technology and production, while cultivating a number of scientific and technological innovation and management talents. The company's main business is R&D, production and sales of semiconductor silicon materials. The main products include semiconductor silicon polishing sheets, silicon materials for integrated circuit etching equipment, semiconductor fused silicon single crystals, etc. The company is one of the earliest units engaged in the development of semiconductor silicon materials in China. It is one of the few domestic enterprises that can stably mass-produce 8-inch semiconductor silicon polishing sheets and produce fused silicon monocrystals. It has accumulated rich experience in semiconductor silicon material research and manufacturing, pioneered the industrialization of 6-inch and 8-inch silicon wafers and technological breakthroughs in 12-inch silicon wafers in China, and industrialized silicon materials for integrated circuit etching equipment.
