Meihou Enterprises <8927> announced on the 26th that it has acquired land for a development project located in Ebara, Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. In purchasing the property, a new loan (61% of the acquisition cost) was obtained from the Bank. The property has a site area of 171.94 square meters (registered), and is located within a 10-minute walk from 'Musashikoyama' station on the Tokyu Meguro line and a 7-minute walk from 'Nishikoyama' station, where one can feel close to abundant nature like Todoroki Green Space and the Tama River. Mihoyo Enterprise <8927> announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2025 (August to October 2024) on the 12th. Revenue increased by 46.2% year-on-year to 7.192 billion yen, operating profit increased by 47.9% to 0.737 billion yen, ordinary profit increased by 58.7% to 0.594 billion yen, and quarterly net profit attributable to shareholders increased by 41.9% to 0.384 billion yen. The revenue from the A-REIT ETF business increased by 51.6% year-on-year to 5.921 billion yen, with segment profit increasing by 44.3.
