Gelonghui, January 7 | Apple agreed last week to pay 95 million dollars in Cash to settle a class action lawsuit regarding Siri's privacy issues. The lawsuit accused Apple of obtaining private communication content through Siri without consent and sharing it with third parties. Apple released a statement on Monday emphasizing that data from Siri devices has never been used for Advertising Marketing and has never been sold to third-party companies. The statement said: "Siri data has never been used to build marketing profiles and has never been sold to anyone for any purpose. Apple resolved this case to avoid further litigation so that we can start from 2019."
