Jeju Aviation reduced approximately 1,900 flights in the first quarter.
Jeju Air announced the reduction of 1,878 flights in the first quarter, among which 838 flights are domestic routes and 1,040 flights are international routes, to enhance operational safety. Previously, a Boeing 737-800 passenger aircraft of Jeju Air was involved in a crash, resulting in 179 deaths. A spokesperson for Jeju Air stated that the company plans to further reduce 30 flights in the near future, leading to more than 1,900 flights affected in the first quarter.
