The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (cme.US) announced that its spodumene CIF China (Fastmarkets) futures have been listed on the New York Commodities Exchange and are available for trading. The total number of contracts traded on the first day was 29, with participants including Jinge Minerals (Zhejiang), Mitsubishi Corporation RTM International Pte Ltd, Wogen Resources Limited, and Wurui Minerals (Singapore). The first trade was made by Freight Investor.
