CSPC PHARMA (01093.HK): Fumaric acid vonoprazan tablets have received the pharmaceutical registration approval.
On May 12, Gluon Financial announced that CSPC PHARMA (01093.HK) has obtained the drug registration approval issued by the National Medical Products Administration of China for its developed drug, Vonoprazan Fumarate Tablets (20mg, 10mg), and it is considered to have passed the consistency evaluation of quality and efficacy for generic drugs. Vonoprazan Fumarate is a potassium ion competitive acid blocker and a new type of reversible proton pump inhibitor. Its mechanism of action is to competitively bind with the H+/K+-ATPase (proton pump) in gastric parietal cells, allowing it to remain in gastric parietal cells for a long time, thereby quickly inhibiting gastric acid secretion. This product is suitable for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
