The completion of the transaction is subject to certain closing conditions, including approval by the Desktop Metal shareholders and required regulatory approvals. The transaction price is $5.50 per share, which is a 27.3% premium over the closing price of Desktop Metal and a 20% premium over the 30-day VWAP as of July 2, 2024.
