Ecolomondo Corp is a cleantech company focused on the deployment of TDP turnkey facilities using its proprietary Thermal Decomposition Process (TDP) using a pyrolysis platform that converts hydrocarbon waste into marketable commodity end-products, namely carbon black substitute, oil, gas, and steel. The Company's planned principal business is the sale, licensing, and manufacture of turnkey facilities based on the TDP technology platform as well as the collection of royalties from their operation or the operation of these facilities through wholly-owned or jointly-owned companies.
