Ford updates leasing policy and encourages company management to purchase more electric cars.
On July 3, Guolonghui reported that according to an internal email sent by Ford last week cited by Reuters, the company is trying to encourage more management personnel to purchase Ford's electric vehicles. Ford has changed the leasing plan offered to eligible current and former managers, now requiring them to order a Mustang Mach-E electric SUV or an F-150 Lightning pickup truck if they want to lease a supplemental vehicle.
