According to Reuters on October 12, the electric autos startup company Fisker received court approval for its bankruptcy liquidation plan on Friday. US Bankruptcy Judge Thomas Horan approved Fisker's bankruptcy plan at a court hearing held in Wilmington, Delaware, allowing the company to repay creditors with remaining assets after selling its fleet. Fisker filed for bankruptcy in June due to the failure to reach a production agreement with Nissan on its electric autos.
