On January 8, Global Link reported that Honeywell and NXP Semiconductors announced an expansion of their collaboration to jointly develop AI-driven technologies in the fields of Aviation and autonomous flight. According to the cooperation agreement, the two companies will combine Honeywell's Anthem Electric Appliances (a cloud-connected cockpit system) with NXP's computing architecture to improve flight planning and management. This cooperation will focus on adapting NXP's initially automotive-targeted autonomous architecture and enhancing autonomous flight technology using Anthem.
