JetBlue Airways (JBLU.US) plans to introduce a mini first class cabin on domestic flights in 2026.
JetBlue Airways (JBLU.US) plans to add Mini-Mint or Junior Mint mini-version first-class seats on airplanes in 2026. JetBlue Airways President Marty St. George stated in a briefing to employees that all Airbus aircraft not equipped with Mint lie-flat seats will be fitted with either two or three rows of first-class seats. He mentioned that Mint lie-flat seats cannot be replicated on shorter flights, so the company must propose solutions for passengers willing to pay more for space on shorter flights, hence the launch.
