Marriott International (MAR.US) recently announced a cooperation agreement with New Development Group to open the second local EDITION hotel, The Shanghai EDITION Changfeng Park, in Puxi, Shanghai in 2026. Bart Buiring, Managing Director of Luxury Business for Marriott International Greater China, stated that the opening of The Shanghai EDITION in Puxi, Shanghai, will further expand the group's luxury hotel portfolio in Greater China, where Marriott International currently has over 70 luxury hotels.
