On November 13th, Gelonaut reports that nokia oyj announced on Wednesday that it has acquired the world's largest Application Programming Interface (API) center and market from the American technology startup Rapid to increase its 5G and 4G network revenue. Like other telecommunications equipment manufacturers, nokia oyj has been looking for ways to monetize its 5G devices or diversify its market, as it hopes to attract investment related to the rise of artificial intelligence. Nokia oyj stated that under the agreement, it will own Rapid's technology and research and development department, enabling its customers to integrate their own networks, control their API usage, and collaborate with platform development.
