November 14th, Kgronhui | Norfolk Southern Railroad company stated on Thursday that the company has reached an agreement with the activist investor Ancora Holdings to appoint an independent director to join the company's board of directors. The company said in a statement that Ancora has also agreed to withdraw the nomination of four candidates to the Norfolk board of directors.
