On November 20, Guolonghui reported that Guillaume Faury, CEO of the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus, stated that negotiations regarding the acquisition of part of the business of the struggling American aircraft structure supplier spirit aerosystems are progressing smoothly, but integrating it into Airbus is "not easy." Airbus plans to take over the operation of four spirit factories related to the A350 and A220 jet projects, as part of a plan to coordinate the split of the company with boeing.
