On Saturday (November 30), according to TechTorch, billionaire Elon Musk's legal team submitted a preliminary injunction application to the usa Northern District Court of California against OpenAI, several of its co-founders, and its investor and close partner microsoft, to prevent them from engaging in activities that Musk refers to as anti-competitive behavior.

The court filings indicate that no settlement terms were disclosed by either company.
