Gelonghui, December 18 | The U.S. Department of Transportation finalized on Tuesday the provision of five new daily round-trip flights from Washington Reagan National Airport to major Airlines. According to the legislation signed by President Biden in May, these flights must be established at the busy airport in Arlington, Virginia, near the U.S. capital. American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and Alaska Air have all received new flight approvals following the department's preliminary decision made in October. The above Airlines will launch the new flights within 90 days.
