Currently, the market pricing of the Federal Reserve's interest rate path is close to what is considered fair, but rates may be higher than this level. The current market pricing is very close to our neutral expectations, with long-term rates around 4%. If inflation cannot return to 2% as some Federal Reserve members are currently worried about, rates will need to be set in a restrictive zone.
