The Industrial Gas department of Western Agricultural Group (WFAFY.US) has been sold to Japan's Nippon Sanso for a price of 0.48 billion USD.

Australia's Wesfarmers Group will sell its Industrial Gas division Coregas to a subsidiary of Japan's Nippon Sanso Holdings Corp. for 0.77 billion Australian Dollar (approximately 0.48 billion USD).
