Waroona Energy Inc is a renewable energy company. It holds 100% interest in a solar development project located 120 km south of Perth in Western Australia (WA). The Project is spread across 300 hectares of flat, cleared land and has forecast energy generation of 241 megawatts (MW) with significant potential to expand further. It also has the Superior Lake Zinc and Copper Project which is located approximately 200km east of Thunder Bay in the province of Ontario, Canada, and is an advanced-stage development asset surrounded by substantial existing infrastructure.
