Wynn Resorts (WYNN.US) plans to acquire a small casino in the United Kingdom, expected to complete the Trade in the second half of this year.

According to foreign media reports, Wynn Resorts (WYNN.US) announced plans to acquire the Crown London Aspinalls casino in the United Kingdom, a small casino located in the Mayfair area of London, consisting of two townhouses, offering 20 gaming tables, Restaurants, and an Entertainment lounge. The report mentioned that this acquisition still requires approval from local regulatory authorities and is expected to be completed in the second half of this year. Before the completion of the Trade, the aforementioned casino will continue to operate under the name Crown London.
