On October 10, Gelunhui reported that Neway Group (00055.HK) announced that on October 10, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongda Printing Hong Kong (as a tenant), entered into a letter of offer with the owner's agent to renew the lease agreement with the owner for the property and vacate part of the existing property from November 16, 2024, to November 15, 2027 (including both days), for a period of three years. The property is located at Rooms 1107-1111, 11th Floor, Phase 2 of New Century Plaza, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
